Participation

• Individual course – 1 to 10 persons per group
• Collective course – 4 to 12 persons per group
• Collective course – when more than 12 persons = several groups
• Mixed participation – men and women – suitable
  
  

Methodology

• The courses are interactive - the Trainer introduces the subjects and asks participants during the whole presentation to give their point of view
• The Trainer progresses step by step, indicating the Academy’s opinion
• Manuals and several handbooks are available according to the contents of the courses; this allows individual reasoning to be completed by the trainer’s conclusions
• Presentations are made in one language only for any specific group of attendants
• In order to present practical conclusions, all necessary didactic tools are made available to the teams
• Participants to courses will be issued a personal certificate
